Industrialize ITSM^SM as pragmatic translation of the ITIL v3 standard established

The results are presented in the Industrialize ITSM^SM framework that offers a comprehensive set of real world process specifications that are fully ITIL v3 compliant. To achieve this the rather generic ITIL v3 standard was transformed to specific process designs that can quickly be taken into operation by IT organizations, avoiding lengthy lead times.
