Enterprise Networks Enhances Its Portfolio with ITIL v3 Services
Bd. Homburg, 05/14/2008. Enterprise Networks has pursued a holistic ITSM approach in over 10 years of its successful ITSM practice. The publication of the ITIL v3 specification by TSO in 2007 is inline with this ITSM strategy by Enterprise Networks and confirms the approach.
Enterprise Networks adopted ITIL v3 early as part of its service portfolio. “We were one of the first IT services companies in Germany to present successful ITIL v3 compliant process implementations for our clients.” explains managing partner Dr. Klaus Fochler.
